Moreblocks provides an array of web design and development components for use with Wordpress and Breakdance Website Builders, including pre-designed components and Figma components.

3. PURCHASING AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you wish to purchase a subscription on the Website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your payment information and personal data. All purchases made on Moreblocks are processed through Stripe or PayPal. Subscriptions are automatically renewed every month or year, depending on the plan, and canceling the subscription will suspend your account after your paid period is finished.

4. ACCOUNT

Accounts may be used only by one user. If we notice any suspicious actions, we reserve the right to terminate your account until the circumstances are clarified.

5. SERVICES

As a subscriber to our service, you are entitled to receive assistance with your problems, offer ideas, and contact our team as needed. We strive to answer in a timely manner.

6. TAXES

The cost of a Moreblocks subscription does not include taxes (e.g., VAT). Regardless of your location, you are responsible for any other fees and taxes associated with your activities (e.g., withholding tax).

7. REFUNDS POLICY

Given the digital nature of our services and the availability of a free version for users to trial our product, we do not provide refunds after a purchase has been made. Please ensure our product fits your needs before making a purchase.

- Referral Tracking: Sales are tracked using cookies with a 30-day lifespan.

4. Referral Validation

- Sale Validation: A sale is considered valid when it is not refunded or charged back within the payment period.

- Disputes: Any disputes regarding commissions must be raised within 30 days of the transaction.

5. Termination and Modification

- Termination: Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, outstanding commissions will be paid in the next payment cycle.

Information regarding Moreblocks’ business practices, strategies, and statistics shared with affiliates must be kept confidential.

9. General Provisions

- Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Moreblocks is located.

- Independent Contractors: Affiliates are independent contractors, and nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
